Como Terapeuta Holística, posso ajudar as pessoas a encontrar o equilíbrio físico, mental e emocional, por meio das Terapias de Massagem, Reiki, Aromaterapia, Yoga e Mindfulness. Holistic Therapist CERTIFIED. Passionate about nature and people from different cultures and languages. As a tourism professional, I have the opportunity to share incredible experiences that will be unforgettable memories. Additionally, as a Holistic Therapist, I can help people find physical, mental and emotional balance through Massage, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Yoga and Mindfulness therapies. I believe there is a transformative power in these practices that make me feel gratified to be able to help people's well-being. Com a sua forma única de partilhar, ofereceu-nos vivências inesquecÃveis e saberes integrais sobre a cultura, a natureza, a gastronomia e, no fundo, sobre a verdadeira alma da Terceira. We had two wonderful days with Sara. In just those two days, we were left with the magical feeling that we had always lived here. She gave us unforgettable experiences and priceless insights into the culture, nature, gastronomy – and really, almost everything about the real Terceira. Had an amazing day with Sarah touring around the island! She helped create a custom tour that ended at the airport before our flight. Her knowledge of the island, its history, and highlights were super insightful. The island is beautiful, especially loved seeing the natural landscape and local towns.
